BURSA covers the strategic repositioning of Ecovillas towards boutique residential developments and sustainable communities. Following the transfer of the Palladyo project to a new investor, the company is directing its resources towards smaller developments located north of Bucharest. The flagship project of this new stage is NOUVERT, the Mogoșoaia development of 16 individual villas integrating advanced energy-efficiency technologies.
